🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

They were pretty good. Actually, a few months back we tried the Impossible Whopper from Burger King and I couldn't tell a difference. I got these because the store was OUT of beef! So I figured I would do turkey burgers. They were out of those too so this was the only option for burger yesterday.

We'll let you slide. This time...

In all seriousness, I was thinking about doing these sometime soon. I don't want to tell the wife and kids to see if they noticed anything... ;)

Giving beef back ribs a try today. Not much meat on them but I hear they are tasty. I'm using Sucklebusters 1836 Beef rub and running the put at 250. From what I've read they are the bones that are cut off of the prime rib. Not much meat on the top of the racks, it is all between the bones.
