Put the 1150 to work Yesterday. Did Bacon for Breakfast and Ribs for dinner. Rib Ninja for one and Meat Church on the other.

Broke down some full spares into St.Louis racks and rib tips. Going simple with the side today, home made slaw. I'm also trying Sam's club pellets for the first time. I found them on sale for $11 for a 40 lb bag.
