Augur continually feeds pellets

I have a PitBoss Copperhead Series 3 Vertical Smoker. I have loved my results up until last week. Upon startup, the augur continually feeds pellets until
the burn box is overflowing and causes the smoker to error out. Please help!

If it’s not smoking at all, your igniter is not working.
