Lost bluetooth password, is there a reset button somewhere?

This is as far as I can get trying to access the grill via Bluetooth. WiFi isn't connected at all. IT light when I took this screenshot was blinking and there's no way for it to connect to WiFi due to the fact that the password is changed at the gateway from what it was before.
I'd call the Flame Tec number @ 888-503-8702

More likely need to push and hold a button combo while powered to do a factory reset.

Yeah, that's what I'm looking for is some sort of button combo to hold down while I turn on the grill or something that will just erase everything so I can start over. I've been on chat with Pitboss and they have elevated the issue to leadership, according to what I was told at the end of the session and now I'm waiting to hear back from them on this subject. Thank you all for your time on this.

I'd still call flametec - they are the ones that supply the control boards to PB. They design the HW and Firmware. You have nothing to lose and you may have your solution faster.

Did you find a fix ? Mine is doing the same thing…
What it took for me was multiple chats with online support, repeatedly stating that there is a password stored on the control board that is firewalling me out of being able to connect via the app. They kept trying to tell me the problem was at their end, and while they may have been having issues with their software and the code for the servers or something like that, it wasn't the case for me. The grill itself wasn't even connected to the WiFi at my house, so it was impossible for them to do anything for me at their end. Once they fully understood the situation they finally sent me a new control board. Installed it, the Pit Boss app immediately connected, updating the firmware, etc. Once that was accomplished everything now works perfectly. I mentioned to the support rep that if they had included a reset button somewhere in the design, it would not have cost them a whole new control board over something like this.

Thanks for the update so fast! Yeah I spoke with them and sounds like I’m getting a new controller also but no timeline on when. Was hoping for some type of soft or hard reset to get me back to somewhat normal al functions until then!

Hope you enjoy the fully functional smoker now lol !
