I am also missing the graphs. I might not have upgraded if I had known the capability was going to be dropped.Curious when we can expect a graph capability being added?

I did everything possible multiple times to no avail.I was having the same issue of not completing the update. Try turning off WiFi on your device first then doing the update. Out of exasperation I did this and it updated. Turned the WiFi back on and it’s worked since.
See if the old app works, if not download the new app. I think the old app has been disabled, but I could be wrong.Ok... Maybe I shouldn't have read this thread prior to my weekend... lol
I have a work function on Monday that I'm cooking 2 racks of pork ribs, 4 racks of Beef spare ribs, chicken breasts and a pork butt for.
Last time I used my 1150 Pro, everything worked great with the SmokeIT app.
Do I dare download the new app and try to do the update tonight when I get home? Or should I wait and use the old app for the weekend and wait till it's not something as important?
Also, I've got the first generation controller that can be sent in for the update to change how it adapts to pellet feed and the closer temperature ranges (right now as I recall it's 200, 225, 250, 300...etc. and the update fixes that) Does the firmware update that this app does fix that where I wouldn't need to send it in?
We are an android family... as that seems to make a difference....
I haven't seen the OP post in a while, have they lost focus on this already?
I've confirmed that it does NOT. LG owners must download the Louisiana Grills app (which appears to be pretty much a mirror of the PitBoss app). The PitBoss app wouldn't connect to my grill like the old Smoke-It app.Assuming this update works for Louisiana Grills models as well?
Ill be happy for the alerts to b working again at this point.Crossing fingers the graph function is added very soon!!
I would call Pitboss customer support, that should not have happened.@PitbossGrillsDev I am extremely disappointed in the firmware update the app did to my Pit Boss Pro Series 4 V2 PBV4PS2 smoker. After the app did the required firmware update I can only increase by temps of 50F now. It goes ( S, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400). Additionally the unit can never get up to temp as it should. If I set it to 250 it only goes up to 220ish. Very unreliable now, It is almost useless as a smoker.
How do I update the firmware again to get my previous temperature ranges back?
