Blues Hog Rub for Burgers

I just picked up a few bottles of Blues Hog Beef and Beefy rub. I am going to make some burgers for dinner and want to add the rub to the meat.

I never added a rub to chopped meat before and have no idea how much to add to my 2 pounds of chopped meat?

1 TBS / lb. mix it through and add a pinch to each side off each burger - once before you flip and once after.

I'm a sear/cook then a sauce and set.

I added 2 tbsp to the 2 pounds of meat, made 4, 8 oz burgers, then sprinkled both sides with the rub. They were probably the best burgers I ever had, and my family agreed. Having never used Blues Hog before, this stuff is amazing!
