Not new to smoking, but new to Pit Boss!

Hello All!
I have been smoking on vertical charcoal and reverse flow offset for 10 years. I have had a Country Smokers pellet grill for camping and love it! I just got a new Titan so i can do more meat at one time. So far, so good!

Welcome and love my pit boss, but buy a couple of smoke tubes to add. Pellet grills just don't quite get as much smokiness as traditional smokers
